FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Delivered on 3 November, Reordered by the Same Customer: Zeyuan Logistics Turns a 13-Piece Rail Shipment to Germany into a Repeat Account

A 13-piece consolidated consignment left Shenzhen on 30 September, cleared EU customs at Antwerp in four hours, was devanned at Zeyuan's Unna hub and signed for in Kleinostheim, Bavaria, on 3 November — 38 days after the order was placed. The consignee has since placed a repeat order.

DONGGUAN, Guangdong, China — 5 November 2026 — Dongguan Zeyuan International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. ("Zeyuan Logistics") has completed order 8000523791: 13 pieces moved by China–Europe rail from its Fuhai warehouse in Shenzhen to a consignee in Kleinostheim, Germany (postal code 63801), with a signed delivery on 3 November 2026.

The number that matters commercially is not on the tracking record. After the pallets arrived, the same consignee placed a repeat order with Zeyuan Logistics — the first shipment converted into an ongoing account rather than a one-off trial.

For a freight forwarder, a repeat booking is the only review that is paid for in advance. Every claim a forwarder makes about transit visibility, customs handling and last-mile reliability is a promise until a customer puts a second order behind it. On this account, the second order exists.

Why the first consignment became a second order

Repeat business in freight rarely turns on price. It turns on whether the first shipment gave the importer nothing to chase, nothing to explain to their own customer, and nothing left unresolved at the door. Order 8000523791 was built to answer all three.

The order was placed on 26 September and received into the Fuhai warehouse in Shenzhen the following day. Because the goods travelled as consolidated cargo rather than a full container load, the warehouse stage carried the weight of the work: cartons counted against the packing list, checked for visible transit damage, stacked onto pallets and wrapped for a journey that would involve a rail terminal, several border crossings and a devanning point in Europe. Pallets were moved to the loading bay and built into the container on 30 September, with the load pattern set around the actual carton mix rather than a nominal pallet count.

The warehouse operates under a posted control standard that Zeyuan applies to consolidated cargo: 100% real-name registration, 100% open-box inspection, 100% X-ray security screening and 100% video surveillance. The banner is mounted above the working floor and is visible in the warehouse photographs and footage supplied with this release — for an importer shipping mixed cartons, that screening discipline is the difference between a shipment that clears and a shipment that is held.

Seventeen milestones across five countries

The tracking record lists 17 recorded events between 26 September and 30 October 2026 across the whole corridor: Shenzhen, Chengdu, the Xinjiang border port, Dostyk in Kazakhstan, Moscow, Belarus, Mara in Poland, Antwerp in Belgium, Unna in Germany and release to the consignee.

The rail leg did not run as a straight line, and the record shows it. The train reached the Xinjiang border port on 7 October; on 13 October the rail operator reported border congestion with the train awaiting transloading, and the same day the cargo was recorded as arrived at Dostyk. The train then reached Moscow on 17 October, Belarus on 19 October and Mara, Poland, on 21 October. A revised ETA on 27 October moved the clearance-point arrival to that same day.

None of this became the consignee's problem to solve. Each change was recorded with a revised date and a reason, and the downstream steps were re-sequenced rather than simply pushed back — which is the part an importer cannot see from the outside, and the part they remember when the next order is due.

Four hours at Antwerp, and a signature seven days later

The European half of the journey is where rail shipments usually lose time. Here the container was declared for customs clearance at Antwerp at 13:43 on 27 October and released at 17:44 the same day — just over four hours from declaration to release.

It was devanned on 28 October and booked into Zeyuan's overseas handling centre in Unna, Germany, where it was sorted and prepared for onward movement. It was released outbound to the consignee on 30 October.

The last leg within Europe ran as road freight. The delivery record for waybill 12321820 shows the goods signed for by the recipient at the consignee's premises in Kleinostheim at 18:26 on 3 November 2026, with the waybill and CMR documents held on file. The destination postcode on the rail record — 63801 — is Kleinostheim, the same town shown on the signed delivery.

The customer's own photograph, and the order that followed it

Zeyuan's shipments close the same way every time: with a photograph taken at the destination. For order 8000523791 the consignee sent back an image of the two delivered pallets, still banded and stretch-wrapped, standing outside their premises — order number 8000523791 visible on the pallet label — alongside a member of their team.

That photograph, not the tracking screen, is where the repeat order starts. Rail transit times can be quoted, clearance windows can be promised, but the question every importer actually asks is whether the pallets arrive complete, intact and identified at the right address. On this order, they did — and the same customer came back with a second booking.

What makes an importer rebook

The corridor suits mid-size consignments.

  • Thirteen pieces is too much to post and too little to justify a container alone; consolidated rail moves it as groupage and still delivers to the door — the shape of order a repeat customer tends to place again.

Congestion is absorbed, not forwarded.

  • The Xinjiang–Dostyk transloading note on 13 October was logged, dated and worked inside the schedule instead of surfacing at the destination as a surprise.

Clearance speed protects the sale.

  • A four-hour release at Antwerp is what keeps a rail arrival from turning into a week of storage and storage charges.

The Unna hub converts a border arrival into a German delivery.

  • Devanning, sorting and release to the consignee were completed within nine days of the train reaching Poland.

One reference runs end to end.

  • Order 8000523791 appears on the Shenzhen warehouse record, on the rail tracking events and on the pallet label in the customer's own photograph — the same number the customer can quote when reordering.

DDP removes the second supplier.

  • Under DDP terms Zeyuan clears as importer of record, so the customer receives goods rather than paperwork — and has no reason to shop the next shipment around.

That is the operating model behind Zeyuan Logistics' European rail service: collection and consolidation in China, export declaration at the inland terminal, rail carriage across the corridor, EU clearance completed under DDP terms where required, devanning at the German hub, and last-mile road delivery with a signed record at the end. It is also why this German consignee's business has moved from a single shipment to a repeat booking.
